I got invited to do a phone intro for the Service Coordinator position. I scheduled the appointment for 4/29 at 3:05 PM CST. When 3:05 came around, there was no call. I reached out to the lady, Elizabeth, and of course, there was no answer. So I left a message, and like a fool, I rescheduled the interview for 5/1 at the same time, 3:05 PM. Worse internet connection ever! If I could utilize another internet service I most definitely would, but my apartment complex has a contract with this dumpster juice internet company. I’ve had chat customer service take days to reply and every time they’ve “REBOOTED” the system it hasn't been effective at all. Working from home job on the line due to buffering internet!

My apartments uses Aerowave , so we have to use it. This is the worst internet I have ever used… it is constantly dropping on all my devices. They supposedly did an upgrade and it has just made everything worse. You might as well have no internet if you are debating on getting this company. Technicians never know how to fix any connection issues. It always has to be escalated which takes days. Which means I’m paying for internet when I do not have any internet usage.
