It sounds like Jack has some valid points and I won't try to refute what he is saying. I do know that since October 2018, I've personally designed and worked with the ATS team to deliver on time and on budget-three, complex, powered, high quality wind-tunnel models which have met and exceeded customer expectations. This is validated by repeat business from all three customers. The UWAL staff (and other tunnels) have been happy to work with us during this time. ATS is incapable of being on time or fully keeping promises. They seem to have been forced to give up their second shop. Triple-verify that the ATS manpower and equipment actually exists and can really do what they claim.
