Overall, I would rate my experience as pretty pleasant other than one incident that occurred. We traveled from Orlando airport to Mexico City Airport. It didn’t take too long to board, they also offered to check our luggage in since the flight was packed and there might have not been anywhere to store our carry ons in the plane. We are giving this airline one last chance. So far, the experience is better in Orlando than Mexico. Thanks to Marcela Mayorga that went above and beyond
Please stay away!!! This company does not value customer service and their fleet of planes are in need of maintenance. One plane brakes barely slowed the plane which caused us to turn extremely hard. The connecting flight landed so hard the entire plane was screaming. Customer service do not speak English and when asked to speak with a manager they deny you access. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this airline. I’m also filing a complaint with BBB and anyone else that would listen. Please stay away from this airline!!!
The person I sat next too on my flight from Mexico City to Florida was nice and I was able to have good travel chats. The downside is… I paid $190 US Dollars for a seat upgrade that was charged on my credit card (I disputed that charge) and was not given the updated boarding pass. The gate agents were rude and unprofessional. I totally see why major travel groups and agencies have this as a 3 star carrier. I would never take flight with them again. I urge you to find other travel arrangements.
