July 27, 2021 - Purchased a plane ticket at 130pm EST. Needed to cancel it at 140pm EST. Being told my refund we be processed in 12months. Yes 1 full year to refund $771 after purchasing a plane ticket under 20m before requesting refund. How is this legal? I am inside DOTs 24H policy, how can a company keep my money for 12months without paying me interest?
