Worst Store Ever!!! I usually go to the location at Triangle Mall but this one was closer and I was there a few weeks ago and had a great experience. My favorite AE location by far! The store feels very well organized and I am always welcomed by the staff. The staff are also very helpful and answer all of my questions! While I usually order online, when I do go into the store, it makes me glad that I did.
Terrible customer service. I went Monday August 26 at 6pm. All three employees were extremely not nice whatsoever. I’m very disappointed my experience. I will never be back at this location and will be sharing with people in the area. I am a student trying to get a student discount and two employees told me that that was not possible and they didn’t do student discounts and I showed them online how they do do student discounts and they fought with me, but finally gave me the discount after arguing, and not being professional... read more
