I stopped in to pick-up an order that was shipped to store and had a wonderful experience! Admittedly, it's been quite a few years since I stepped foot in an AE store, but this was one of the best I've been to. All the sales associates I encountered were friendly and the store was so clean and well-organized. Next time I need to buy some clothing, I will absolutely stop in to this AE location!
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with American Eagle. The customer service was terrible, and the manager was completely unprofessional. When I tried to return my order, they made ridiculous excuses instead of taking responsibility or trying to help. Very disappointing from such a well-known brand — I will never shop there again.
The store manager Kadence was so rude and disrespectful. When I came in to the store, she didn’t greet me and ignored me. When I asked her a question about where a certain clothes are she just pointed her fingers and didn’t help me much. Not only that, when I wanted to try on some clothes at the fitting room, she didn’t even let me in. I came back 30 minutes later and she still didn’t let me in.
