This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with American Eagle. The customer service was terrible, and the manager was completely unprofessional. When I tried to return my order, they made ridiculous excuses instead of taking responsibility or trying to help. Very disappointing from such a well-known brand — I will never shop there again.
The store manager Kadence was so rude and disrespectful. When I came in to the store, she didn’t greet me and ignored me. When I asked her a question about where a certain clothes are she just pointed her fingers and didn’t help me much. Not only that, when I wanted to try on some clothes at the fitting room, she didn’t even let me in. I came back 30 minutes later and she still didn’t let me in. Worst Store Ever!!! I usually go to the location at Triangle Mall but this one was closer and I was there a few weeks ago and had a great experience.
