The store manager Kadence was so rude and disrespectful. When I came in to the store, she didn’t greet me and ignored me. When I asked her a question about where a certain clothes are she just pointed her fingers and didn’t help me much. Not only that, when I wanted to try on some clothes at the fitting room, she didn’t even let me in. I came back 30 minutes later and she still didn’t let me in. Worst Store Ever!!! I usually go to the location at Triangle Mall but this one was closer and I was there a few weeks ago and had a great experience. My favorite AE location by far! The store feels very well organized and I am always welcomed by the staff. The staff are also very helpful and answer all of my questions! While I usually order online, when I do go into the store, it makes me glad that I did.
