Male manager at this location is super unprofessional. We shop here regularly and will not be spending any more money here. We were sold a defective item. Upon kindly trying to exchange the item with all evidence, receipts, tags, etc., the manager kept telling us he “would never sell us a damaged item”… i.e. calling my wife a liar and refused to cooperate further. He kept saying “it’s not me it’s the policy” but it was obvious he was just too lazy to proceed with the exchange and would rather give us corporate’s phone number... read more
Used to love this location but my last 2 experiences have not been pleasant and it’s because of the same associate who is unpleasant. I’m not sure if he is a manager or not and idk his name bc he never has a name badge on. This gentleman has an attitude and is unfriendly. I came in to return 2 online orders and he made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. He literally did not say one thing to me and was just overall rude. His whole demeanor was not it. The staff were excellent in helping find my size in the shorts I was looking for then helped me further find sizes for the other clothes I shopped for!
