Phenomenal experience got what I needed. I got 3 pairs of underwear for $17! I used a gift card with only 20 dollars! All the staff were great! One even saw my information on my account and followed me on Instagram! Would be 5 stars if they didn’t do that!!!!!!
called asking a question and was told “we are not interested” and hung up on by the manager. lol thanks for not answering a simple store question. I guess common sense is not needed to work here.
Staff aren’t the friendliest but love their clothes. Will probably just keep shopping in Manchester
Asked to be let into the fitting room and was told by the employee that they needed to finish their conversation about zombies with their coworker first. There was a line of 5-6 customers, one cashier and all other employees just walking around. Not impressed with the customer service
