They put in a charcoal filtration system but after several years the o-ring failed so it leaks. No big deal right ? However they can not tell me where to get an o-ring for the system or supply one. Turns out it is made in Italy. Who puts in an Italian filter housing and tells you it is a normal "10 inch" filter housing. Since they can't tell me the model number (nothing on the unit to identify it) and I can't find an o-ring in Asheville I am stuck replacing the whole unit. This company offers the WORST service I have ever experienced. They promise perks after you buy, but they do NOT deliver. They do not answer or respond to phone calls, and they gave me grief over lowering the interest rate because of my husband's deployment. I am pursuing legal action against the company. Save yourself the headache. Go to another company for water filtration!
