In this crazy market with a lot of shady owners, agents, conveyancers and so-called buyers‘ agents having a property lawyer on your side, who is passionate, extremely knowledgable, tenacious, excellent at communication and 100% working hard for her clients is a MUST. Megan Sterling at Aequitas Lawyers was exactly that. Highly recommend.
