Very disappointing experience at AEON Falim Ipoh. Bought a tray of eggs with no barcode, and the cashier asked me twice to go back and get another one myself. This is not the customer’s fault. Only after a senior staff stepped in was the issue handled properly. However, the cashier did not apologise or even say thank you. Management should improve staff training, otherwise customers will continue facing the same issue.
