Annie and Tim have built something special at Aeon. As their previous receptionist and still current client, I have seen all sides of the business. They all truly care about their patients and staff and have such in-depth knowledge across a broad range. I have seen Annie, Tim, Steph and Esther for various treatments over the years and the effort they all invest in their work is phenomenal. They are my go-to referral for friends and family looking for a physio clinic because they are that good.
I had an amazing experience with Annie, my physio. From the very first visit, she greeted me with a big smile, so much positive energy, and a genuinely caring attitude. She was patient with me as a non‑native English speaker, and she made our conversations easy and fun. Annie listened carefully to my concerns, checked what was happening with my body, and gave me a combination of massage, needling, and exercises to help me recover. The team at Aeon are fantastic! They are always accommodating and will do whatever they can to schedule an appointment for you. As someone who has suffered migraines for most of my life, the little details like checking if I’d like the lights dimmed when having a migraine makes the world of difference. The dog pats are an added bonus!
The physio therapy treatment I received from Esther at Aeon Health has been exceptionally effective for my condition of Trigeminal Neuralgia. It beats medication!!
Esther has been so amazing and knowledgeable in helping me recover my ongoing back and hip issues. It used to be almost unbearable to work my office job that requires me to be on a computer all day. She genuinely cares and always checks and tailors the plan to make sure I’m progressing with my recovery. She provides a variety of exercises that holistically help me get better.
