Service good
Came to pick up my CC (around 4.30pm) and everything was smooth. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Less than 30 minutes and everything was settled. The only problem was… I parked at the City Square mall basement and got lost 😂 I was so confused about where I was supposed to go. Anyway, for anyone blur like me: go to the office tower, take the MID Level lift, then press Level 20. That’s it. Or just ask at the enquiry counter 😂
