Went there to ask about payment. Some rude attendee come strike me like she was the owner of the place.. so rude speak so loud. The one who sit on the very left counter of coming in. I don't remember her name. Poor customer service.. When ask about history of payment cannot provide. Last she said last payment 2023. I just paid last month. Suddenly after few minutes she said yes I already paid last month payment. Nonetheless she very rude.
