We are extremely impressed with Aegis Mercer Island. We moved my mother-in-law there from across the country this past summer (2022). We were of course concerned about the transition and all the change being really hard on her. However, the wonderful Kathy Miller at Aegis made her feel comfortable from day 1. Kathy is vivacious, truly kind and super responsive. My mother-in-law quickly relaxed and has been very happy there. Like so many of us seniors my wife Francesca and I were quite reluctant to give up our own home when it became clear that we could no longer live on our own. After looking at a number of places we decided to join the Mercer Island Aegis Assisted Living community.
