I would love to share my gratitude to Ageis Living on Lake Union.I looked into Ageis one year before I committed.They brought her lunches to her house to establish a relationship.This meant a great deal to my Grandmother.She lived independently till she was 97.She was at her home for nearly 40 years.So this decision came w/many challenges.I wanted only the best for her,as we all do for our own family.We started w/Respite care,to try to make the transition easier.Linda Rackner the marketing director,accomplished small miracle... read more

Transitioning a parent to assisted living is difficult enough, especially when there is resistance. But Aegis Lake Union worked with us every steps of the way and provided the guidance and support when we needed it, which we did. More than once. I think the thing that sticks with me is that there are absolutely people at this residence that really care for my mom and her happiness. And beyond safety and health, that is just as important.

I can’t speak highly enough of Aegis Lake Union. With the help of Linda, we were able to move my uncle into the facility last summer and it has been one of the best experiences possible. I live out of state, and I’ve impressed with their team‘s ability/willingness to communicate with me by phone as well as email. 10 out of 10 recommended this facility and their care team!

My Dad stayed at Aegis South Lake Union (Eastlake) under ‘respite’ but his stay was extended. I was nervous about my Dad staying in an assisted living place but was totally put at ease after visiting him. My siblings felt the same way. Beautiful & clean spaces, great views, attentive & caring staff. All staff get to know the residents & learn their names. Everyone is so nice. Although my Dad is now home, we are 100% confident that Aegis is where he’ll return when that level of care is needed.
