Awesome staff
We recently bought our first ebike from Daniel at aebikestore.com. Daniel made the entire process very easy. I had a ton of questions which he answered almost immediately every time. Our Himiway D5 2.0 ST is a great bike and exactly what it was described as. Shipping to Alaska was a worry of mine, again Daniel and aebikestore.com made that process about as simple as it could be and very affordable. We will be buying another Himiway Ebike soon.
All good stuff to say about this place. Super responsive to questions, easy to work with. I heard from Dan every step of the way from quoting the bike, getting a shipping quote, dropping the bike off with the carrier to the day it was quoted to be delivered. He even did the leg work for filing a warranty claim for a piece damaged in shipping. Would definitely return for future purchases.
Great service, communication, Daniel the store owner worked with me over the course of several weeks to get my Heybike mars 3.0 delivered to me. The attention to detail and customer service you get here is miles ahead of the big name stores. 100% Recommend.
