Will never use them again. They took my deductible and copay before they filed the claim. Didn't get claim filed in a timely manner. By the time it was filed had multiple hospital, er and Dr visits and was charged deductible again. When it was finally filed insurance said I owe nothing bv deductible has been met. Billing lady is almost impossible to reach and hasn't returned my last phone call and it's probably been a month. I'll never see my money.
