I had a wonderful and relaxing time during my visit to Adytum. I had the scalp and facial treatment. My therapist was so understanding and definitely gave me the best service. I felt so relieved and relaxed after the treatment. I really like the aesthetic of their venue, friendliness of the staff and the complimentary food and drink to completely unwind. Overall, it was a great experience.

Treatments are lovely, but service has always just been a bit 'meh' each time I've been, with things like my booking not being quite right or staff forgetting about me while I waited, forgetting tea/refreshment orders etc. I had a particularly disappointing experience recently, and the team kindly offered me a free treatment when I followed up, but I declined as I'd prefer not to come back.
Sorry guys but this really missed the mark for me. 15% surcharge on a Sunday but you couldn’t even be bothered to replenish the “complimentary” menu and only had sliced orange and dates on offer. My massage was ok but it felt rushed the whole time and finished 15min before my appointment was meant to end. Sorry, won’t be coming back.
