The customer service is horrible it seems like they don't like to assist you. Have more sympathy when people are calling for help we call because this organization is in the list EOIR provides.
It was a total waste of time. We had to have legal help for an immigrant, who crossed the boarder under CBPOne. I called many times. I wrote letters, I talked to some people in the office. Zero work was done. My main question was this: are you taking this case? Can you tell us: yes or no. No reply!!! Completely non professional attitude. You can’t get any answers from them!
