While I was there, I talked about how I needed to get my taxes done to settle up with the IRS through a tax help place. She said she was able to do that . I said are you sure and she said yes. Brett and Christine looked over my last couple years of returns and found that I was eligible for a return from the previous years and the current year that my previous CPA missed. Absolutely horrible tax service. Not only is the customer service nearly nonexistent, but my tax preparer incorrectly did my taxes, then refused to fix them and take responsibility for their mistakes. It is so hard to contact anyone here, I will never use them again, and will not recommend this business to anyone. The staff was extremely rude when I was trying to get my amendment done.
Brett is amazing! He answered all of my questions and there were a lot of them. He was extremely helpful in understanding the best ways for us to manage our finances moving forward based on my new job. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.
Brett was very friendly and patient and answered and explained every question I threw at him. The best Tax appointment ever!!
