right now I have no idea why I hired them - I'm not sure what I'm paying for - its an amazingly large amount of money for them to simply file returns. I was told they would be able to get tax information for me so I wouldn't need to get this documentation - but this isn't the case - I am doing 100% of the leg work to get 100% of the tax documentation and then fill out a 10 page form with all my information and sending them 100% of my tax documentation.
Company doesn't know a thing about customer service. Was a returning customer. Had a receptionist drop the ball with meeting details, which lead my meeting having to be rescheduled. She then made up a story about me so that her boss wouldn't do business with me. Now I know this makes me sound like the one in the wrong. But after a wonderful experience last year, this same receptionist this year has also told my mom, who went there on my recommendation, that she wasn't going to open a new portal for my mom's taxes this year y... read more
Unprofessional, disorganized and bad communication just for starters. Everything you don’t want in an accountant. Highly recommend anybody to skip on trying this place for accounting services, save yourself the headache and frustration.
