These folks are fraudsters. Please note they will charge you $700 per session. They will never give you any details beforehand. They will let you know the charges for untill you come four five sessions then they will bill your insurance in bulk. The insurance will dump it on your copay.
Well, just like other reviewers said. The billing department mis codes and you face a large bill. For one session of therapy my insurance was charged over $700! I have done PT before! This is outrageous. I did my followups elsewhere and got a much more reasonable charge.
Marzena, Michele, and Michael have been excellent in taking care of me post knee replacement. They listen to how I feel, pay attention to how I'm doing and do not hesitate to contact my doctor of any concerns that may arise. They are truly amazing people.
Definitely stay from Advocate's physical therapy. While its PTs might do a fine job, its billing dept. certainly won't. As Gerry A. noted in his review, "Therapist would not return my emails for explanation of why I was [over]charged. .... Be very wary of this provider and its billing process !" I'm attending occupational therapy at this site. My therapist is Jason Thavenet and I really don't think there is anyone better. He is competent, thorough, patient, and personable. He doesn't ignore anything I say or ask. I feel like I am in good hands and trust him to do his best to help me.
