⸻ It has been extremely difficult to schedule a visit with the therapist. The front desk staff is always occupied — either checking in or checking out patients — and doesn’t seem to consider who she is speaking with. She told me that my referral was expired, even though it was actually still valid. Frankly, the front desk person may no longer be suited for this position; perhaps it’s time for her to retire. Therapist did not listen to where the pain was coming from, wasted time. Would not recommend!
Therapist are always running late! Many of the therapist should have retired years ago and the facility is very old. Would not recommend and will not come back!!!!
