Terrible communication skills from the office manager Nicole. I’ve been needing PT after difficult childbirth. They canceled my appointment three days before my appointment because I did not confirm my appointment. Even though that was the first phone call for that appointment. I have all the screenshots from the texts and appointments online and she still states the physical therapist would not see me. I have seen Therapist Jennifer White at this location for two different issues. I found her knowledgeable, kind, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of her patients. I initially thought therapy would be a waste of my time and money! Now I can't believe that such improvement was possible!! Strongly recommended.
