The worst place in America for tests, they are soook materialistic they want only your money then kick you out without help. All the staff are so rude, on Thursday they cancelled my appointment because of the storm even tho I told them that I’m almost arrived and they’re are ALL THERE, the problem is not here the problem that they want to reschedule it 10 days after !! So ridiculous

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The wait time is ridiculous and to make it even worst the staff doesn’t give you any updates to make it seem like the even care about the long wait. Like “Hey John I know you’ve been waiting for a while but you’re next or there’s two more in front of you” They need a whole new office staff and set of NPs and/or physicians that clearly are BS’ing in the back. No patients in the back so why in the world am I waiting 2-4 hours for a physical.

The wait was horrible. More than two hours for a vaccination that took less then 10 minutes.

When Doctor Rosners was here there were great staff I don’t like the new advocate medical group when you call up there the staff on the phones have attitude problems will say they will get in touch with your doctor with your concerns and never do. The only staff up there that are helpful and have nice attitudes are Monica decicco,Tamika Martin,Aaliyah and Carmen.
