Unable to get DOT screening because they were closed at 11:09am. No sign on the door that they closed for the remaining of the day! I traveled from Logan square at that! So unprofessional for a facility to have patients arriving and no service
Good service for my Dot physical.
I highly recommend scheduling an appointment. The staff was extreme friendly. Especially the receptionist Charlotte. She engaged in a professional manner, and greeted everyone with a smile. She will start your paperwork in advance by providing her email. She was very thorough and professional. I appreciate her help. Time and patience with everyone that came in. Walk ins are allowed but appointments come first and you may not be called in order.
