Injured joint. Rather painful. Driving made it exponentially worse. Made an appointment. I spoke with a few reps prior to my visit. Day of, I call. Horrible customer service, even worse people. Place in a dingy brown building. Only sign is fading white letters on a brown background. At no point was there any guidance on finding the place. Not visible from the street if it’s rush hour. I feel my sessions of therapy were very beneficial, especially when we exchanged questions/answers because it help me to better understand my condition and by continue doing my exercises at home are essential to a better function.
