Wonderful instructors, great variety of classes included with monthly membership, inviting environment, friendly and knowledgeable front desk and fitness floor staff! Fairly priced:) I can’t say enough good things about GSHF!
The staff is great but the facility has greatly deteriorated. The pool and surrounding area was down for a year....but membership price stayed the same. Equipment is outdated, the television options were down for lengthy amounts of time with limited selections. So many members have gone elsewhere. Wipes are consistently empty, as is soap dispensers in the bathroom. Just not well run.
The staff, front desk, trainers, etc are great and the location (for me) cannot be beat - HOWEVER, disappointed that the facilities have been allowed to significantly decay. This is not a low cost gym ($213 monthly family membership or $110 monthly for an individual) but the equipment and facility condition are dated, read other comments.
