It is with a heavy heart to say the staff has been very rude lately. They have been extremely rude to our family within the past few months. The manager carries an ego as if she owns the world. Being a loyal member for my entire family ($200+/month) you would think they would care for their members and assist for an inconvenience caused for 1 night right? very rude customer service from this facility! Gave attitude to person of color 3 times within the past year! Shame on them for encouraging this behavior within the past year!
