This is a full feature gym, including a pool, sauna, hot tub, & steam room with a goal on health and wellness rather than trying to sell memberships and personal training. I cancelled membership after about a year and a half. The staff are great. We don't really have enough time to go regularly enough to justify the cost. I was looking for a place to take the kids to play basketball. There's a big court, 6 baskets. You will be constantly kicked off the basketball court for things that have nothing to do with basketball and make no sense. Great place to workout. I especially like the hot stones, steam room, and sauna in each of the locker rooms.
I have notified front desk a couple of occasions that the sinks in the men 's locker room are all backed up. They remain this way after 2 weeks of letting them know.

A super friendly staff from Paul to Sharon, Carolyn, Natalie, Cheryl and Liz, (just to name a few) is something you can always look forward to, as you visit this health facility at your own leisure.
