Melanie refuses to listen to disabled people. She interrupts, cuts you off, asks irrelevant and distracting questions, and then will tone police you to refuse services. She uses bigotry and ableism to deny even listening. She also claims there is nobody else you may speak with in this organization. This is just the worst possible way you could treat disabled people.
