The program was ultimately a long process but it does make sure that everything is done correctly. My problem was the communication between us and the loan officer( the one who gets paid for working with us). He always acted like he couldn’t hear us when we called and lied on multiple occasions. I wish there was someone else we could of worked with as a loan officer. He had bad communication, bad work ethics, and unorganized. The program is good but not the loan officer
