For many years I had been trying to get a reverse mortgage in the State of Oregon with no help which left we with no hope. Worst experience ever dealing with this company and it’s employees. Mostly related to the renovation department but other areas as well. Horrible communication to start with. When it comes to asking questions they either one don’t get answered or two they go completely off topic and start talking about other things so they never really answer you. I had to speak with two so called managers that acted this same way one would be Jeanine Wetzel whom was not one bit of help and so I went above her to her manager one James Ragan.... read more
