What is promised will not be delivered. I have actively tried to work with them seeking resolution for over 2 months. They have missed scheduled appointments, failed to return calls, and misled me about what to expect versus what’s delivered. My takeaway is that Snappy Kraken is great at email marketing and content. I do value them for that and they have delivered exceptionally well at that for me for over a year.
