Excellent service and communication made my loan experience with Advisaa great experience.
I used Advisa as the builder preferred lender. Their staff is very helpful and fair. They explained to me the entire process and worked with my budget. I am very happy and feel blessed that I worked with Sundy. Sundy is a competent and passionate person. Amanda was very thoughtful and thorough. I appreciate their help and support, especially during this very sensitive time in my family life.
Jessica with Advisa was awesome. She was always very prompt when needing information or answering my questions. She went out of her way to get me the best rate possible at this time. The underwriting team was very good as well and made the process very smooth. Although they are partnered with Gehan Home, I found the incentives hard to pass up. I would definitely recommend Advisa and Jessica if what they offer fits your personal needs!
