My mom has been in AdviniaCare Newton-Wellesley since 2023 and I'm extremely grateful to the staff for their compassion, empathy and ongoing care. The staff treats her like a full human and always know where she is and what she's been up to. They are focused on making she's comfortable and stress free. My mom is here . Only been here a few months . Her cell phone has been stolen . Two weeks ago I bought her all new clothes because she had nothing when I came to visit . Now I’m back all her clothes are gone . The staff is looking confused but you need a code to even exit the building. Scheduled a weekend to take her out . When I arrive ; she has no medication so I basically came all the way from Georgia for nothing . I really don’t get why they are doing this to seniors.
