We highly recommend Zoran Gelic. He is extremely skilled, very professional while at the same time being very down to earth, approachable and just a lovely person. We would engage Zoran in a heartbeat in the future should the need arise.
I called yesterday to get assistance with a civil matter, the girl on the phone at reception was very nice and pleasant, that is why this is not a 1 star review. Instead of telling me on the day or on the call, or even shortly after that they are unable to help as they “do not have capacity”, they decided not to call me back and send me a text message 30 hours after I called them. Good thing the reason I called wasn’t an urgent matter. Poor customer service from this company.
