Avoid this bank at all costs. Got an auto loan in 2020, 5 years ago for $22K for 63 months @ 3.1% interest. I am now 12 months away from payoff but yet I still owe $10K+? Turns out they 'forgot' to add themselves as a lienholder on the tile? So 5 years later, they're now saying that's my fault for not correcting THEIR mistake & now backdating the entirety of the loan at 25% interest.
