The customer service, both over the phone and in-person (at multiple locations not only Woodstock), is exceptionally bad. I'm not sure if this is due to nepotistic hiring practices or just an abysmal human resources department. But, the incompetence of the employees is consistent and very frustrating. It is obvious that the Advia Board has little to no interest in its members' welfare. Additionally, Advia's implementation of sketchy third-party apps like Plaid makes banking there even more unpalatable.
I love coming in and feeling like people care. They take there time and make sure everyone is taken care of.
Advia credit union is the way to go!
