Horrible bank and management is a joke and after 4 months they refuse to give me my account back
Takes 30 mins and way to many prompts to get a live person on the phone. Miss the days of Downriver school employees credit union..
Very disappointed in this credit union. Poor service and management. They sent 2 of my kids’ accounts to the state due to “inactivity”. I asked why they didn’t call to give us a heads up that they were closing accounts and sending to the state they said “we sent a notice”! A simple phone call would have been much more effective!
