Had to dispute a transaction and had Advia gave me a provisional credit on April 1, the took it back June 1. Then I was told to deal with Vanguard to give them some additional information. After that, it’s been back-and-forth with Advia and vanguard multiple times calling multiple times on hold for extended periods of time. As of today, June 23, 2026 between Advia and Vanguard. Horrible credit union. Got a loan through them from Credit Karma and it is impossible to get ahold of anyone. Called numerous times and sat on hold for 20+ minutes then pressed 1 for a call back. Takes over an hour to get a call back and half the time I answer I'll say hello then they just hangup. Go anywhere but Advia.
Terrible location, my card was taken in the machine due to the touch screen buttons NOT WORKING, I literally kept touching every option on the screen and NOTHING just this timer kept beeping. This location needs a new touch screen machine. It's the weekend and this branch is closed!! Such an inconvenience
