Im giving a 5 Star because we had a GREAT experience opening up my daughter’s first savings account with Bob Smith. He was so pleasant to work with. He was thorough, funny, full of smiles and made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. If you go to the Marysville Branch be sure to see Bob Smith. He won’t disappoint you!!
I opened my first checking account at this branch with the help of Bob Smith. He was very kind, patient, and personable to my mother and I and I left there with all the information I needed. Any questions we had were answered thoroughly and were not dropped until we understood what he was explaining. It was an excellent experience and my little sister will be returning to the same branch!
