My car was totaled in an accident and my insurance company has been trying to get a "10 day payoff number" for two weeks with no results of any kind. This has been causing issues with me being able to get/finance a replacement vehicle. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BULLSHIT !!! This location is far superior than the Port Huron location. The customer service is phenomenal, and the wait times are a fraction of those in Port Huron. I was completely impressed when the drive-through teller noticed there was a line in the lobby, he came over and started waiting on customers to help expedite their banking experience.
