This location is far superior than the Port Huron location. The customer service is phenomenal, and the wait times are a fraction of those in Port Huron. I was completely impressed when the drive-through teller noticed there was a line in the lobby, he came over and started waiting on customers to help expedite their banking experience.
Great service and super helpful.
The worst bank and customer service ever experienced. Also, DO NOT GET THEIR CREDIT CARD YOU WONT BE COVERED IF FRAUD HAS BEEN DETECTED. Don't get me started on their banking app and nothing is ever up to date with transactions.
