They need to have 3 to 4 tellers upfront at all times the lines are down right awful 😖 like gd
I will never do business with this place. Simply wanted them to break a twenty for me and they couldn't use that because I don't have an account. How pitily.
Always very long waits at this branch. Especially in the drive thru. Your wait is a minimum of 20 minutes. Then they don’t even know who was in line first.
Ava the auto phone aid is terrible. It took me 10 minutes on the phone to be routed to a customer service agent and then 5 minutes to tell me they could call me back and another 10 minutes for someone to call me back. I was hoping Advia would be my go to bank for the rest of my life. I hate calling, and that should not be a thing. The tellers have been nice, no issue there, but I agree the ATMS are down way too often.
