This has been one of the worst financial experiences of my life — and it’s all thanks to Advia Credit Union’s broken fraud department. They blocked me from accessing my own money, just as I was trying to get a cash advance to pay rent. I called multiple times. Every time, a different rep told me it was fixed. Every time, they were wrong. I went to Bank of America multiple times on 2 different days, only to be humiliated as the transaction kept getting declined. Worst credit union ever! Be aware if you go to a non-Advia atm, you get charged double fees. The management must be corrupted
Absolutely trash ATM’s ALWAYS DOWN!!!! Shocker I came to leave a 1 Star and I already did. ATM’s still constantly down. 10st ATM down all day Sunday, both of them. This bank has a special way of making everything inconvenient. It’s an absolute trash nightmare.
