I've been with them for years. Last year I paid a large sum on one of my accounts. Said I was past due 3 months later, collections. Called and said I was paid up and it was an error. one of there agents lied to me, said that i was all set with my funds. no pending fees at all. she told me i could spend my funds. few hours later i am in the negative. liars! tried to get help through there chat. the agent wouldn't help and just kept making excuses. atm is always down to.
