I am very disappointed to hear about the quick let go of Jamie at the credit union. She was so helpful and always friendly so I am going to talk to everyone I know about what has happened. My family and I are stopping all of our transactions with Advia and move our banking business because they got rid of probably one of the best assets in their Credit union, and that is Jamie!!!
I am redacting my previous review in replace of this one.. Advia in my opinion, had been doing such a great job with jamie.And hunter..... now that they are both gone, advia, can expect to lose at least eleven accounts, and all of mine.And my family's and my friends' business. I dealt with the teller Nathan at Advia on Milton Ave. He 100% professionally and very friendly answered all my questions, was able to help me start to finish with any of my requests and was very knowledgeable about every process. Thank you for being such a big help Nathan.
Get your app fixed!!!! It goes down at least once a week! Omg I am so tired of just needing to quickly check my balance, but I can’t because the app doesn’t load. Not a single person wants to spend 20 minutes on the phone or in a chat talking to your idiotic AI assistant Ava just to get their balance. It takes a ridiculous amount of time for something that should be simple and quick. It’s 2026, get your friggin app FIXED
