I had a car loan there. When I refinance my car. I got my gap money. No one called and told me it was there. I have got charged 9.00 for a monthly service fee for my savings. Now im coming to get my money. I do expect the 6.00 back too.
I was going to open a CD but got connected to a stupid robot that won't let you talk to a person!

Very bad experience and not professional at all. You get charged interest every single day at this credit union so you are not able to make any principal only payments. I could not pay what I wanted on the app, could not pay off my loan or make a large payment. Called in only to be told there would be a $15 fee to make a payment over the phone. FEES, FEES, FEES. I will never bank with Advia again. And when I expressed that this has been nothing but a bad experience, they didn't even recognize that I said that - or care!
