Very bad experience and not professional at all. You get charged interest every single day at this credit union so you are not able to make any principal only payments. I could not pay what I wanted on the app, could not pay off my loan or make a large payment. Called in only to be told there would be a $15 fee to make a payment over the phone. FEES, FEES, FEES. I will never bank with Advia again. And when I expressed that this has been nothing but a bad experience, they didn't even recognize that I said that - or care!
Jamie at the Milton Ave branch has been extremely helpful and has a plethora of resources.
Nathan went above and beyond to help us fix the issues we had with our account. He even followed up two days later by phone call
