A check for $700!!! $700 to help pay for the cremation and urn for my 22 year old daughter that died Monday Nov 24th days before Thanksgiving. You put a 7 day hold. You are horrible people.
Worked with Lexi Hendrickson in the Mattawan Branch to resolve a big issue and she was awesome! She stayed on top of the matter and saw it through to the end. Exceptional service and much appreciated!
