This has happened more than once! I use the app to make a mortgage payment. The app does NOT show I have have made the payment or that it is pending, 20 hours later. I now think I have made a mistake so I repeat the process because I don't want late charges or to mess up my credit standing. End up with overdraft charges and 2 mortgage payments in one month. It's time to FIX THE **** APP!!

Very poor customer service and you get slapped with overdraft after overdraft fees don't know how they get away with it and the app doesn't make any sense
