The Learning Curve for the website is self-explanatory and functions easily to get everything up and running. The Bill Pay has a maximum capacity of 100 but the infrequently-used three not included can be paid by paper check. The worst experience. I was with Chemical Bank for 6 yrs. Maybe had 3 overdrafts. With Advia 3 months and had 15. Glad i never closed my Chemical account. Will never deal with Advia again.
