First Credit Union and the worst! We were referred here and decided to try a credit union as an extra bank from our other. Worst mistake ever! The only good things about Advia is they take your money with no problems and most staff are very friendly. Now this location in particular has been the worst for us. I have been a customer for too many years to count, as was my mother, before me. This credit union has always served my family well.

I regret switching to this credit union from a major bank. I heavily use online and mobile banking, and Advia's platform never works as promised. If you prefer to bank in person, Advia is great. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the hours and location are convenient. If, however you like mobile banking, stay away. The features promised aren't consistently delivered. Transactions sometimes take days to appear, electronic transfers such as Square Cash or Zelle take 72 hours longer than standard to be reflected, mob... read more
I have been with this credit union since way before they changed names. I have always had problems banking at other places until I found this credit union years ago! I have never had any problems! Any questions that I have are always answered and with kindness. If your looking for a reliable and friendly credit union you should consider Advia. I cannot see myself ever banking elsewhere. If there were 10 stars I would give 10 stars! Thank you Advia for being amazing!
