Recently moved to the area, and were considering Advia. While I was at work this afternoon, my husband and our two boys [4&6] went to an appt to create an account. Our 6 yo requested a restroom and was denied. Poor kid barely made it to a nearby store [as directed by Advia staff]. My family returned to be told they were late to the appointment and declined to assist. We will absolutely be taking our finances elsewhere.
