I came here for the first time, bought a snorkel set, and asked if I could have any discounts as a first time customer. The sales person on the floor said I could have a 15% locals discount and I was like great. However the register employee asked if I lived in Hawaii and I said I have friends I was visiting who did but she was adamant that I could not get the discount once on checkout. Fair enough, it was just sort of unpleasant and not cohesive nor customer friendly.

Excellent service and knowlegeable staff always willing to go the extra mile.
It's nothing like it used to be, but friendly, helpful staff. Found what I wanted right away. Got a great deal on a surfboard.
