A lot of time , energy and expertise to trouble shoot e bike issues and outstanding knowledge and service.
Needed a bike pump and neither Walmart nor Ace had one of quality with a gauge. Matt quickly helped me when I arrived, explained the products he had in stock, and also considered further needs I might have when filling stroller tires. Paid $45 for a pump that will last a long while, and received quality service that makes me reconsider why ever searched the big retailers first…
It was an absolute pleasure working with Matt @ AP. We so much appreciated his wealth of knowledge as he guided us through the e-bike purchasing process. Matt understood our intent for bike use/purpose, allowed for leisure test rides around town, and worked us through all considerations before making our final decision on a pair of Trek Verve+ 4S Lowstep e-bikes!
