Ok, guys, Mark is your local Bad Boy mower dealer. I bought one of his machines. What a personable, knowledgeable man. He is patient and explains the "hows" and "whys" on a level I can relate to. I got a quality machine from a quality guy. One happy customer!
I think the owner is a nice guy and I don’t believe my experience is the norm. I waited a few weeks to write this review not wanting to review out of anger but based on my experience I will not recommend anyone to buy from off-road adventures. I bought a 60 inch zero turn at the beginning of the mowing season. Had it delivered to my house, mowed with it and on my first mow the front LED light panel fell off from the bolts coming loose. I purchased a zero turn mower from Mark a couple of years ago. He is a great guy to deal with. He is a completely upfront person. And that is a trait that I really appreciate. Recently I had an issue with my mower and spoke to Mark by phone about it. Mark asked me to bring the mower in and said that he would take care of the repair needed.
