If I could give ZERO stars I would. They allow kids to bring tablets and then tell me when I pick up my 6 year old that a kid had PORN on their ipad. When I asked more about the details and if they will change the electronics policy, I got an attitude and completely rude behavior from the supervisor. No further explanation of what my child saw was given. On a separate instance they "forgot" to feed my son. Awful, I'm sorry I ever trusted this place to take care of my children. Stay FAR AWAY!!!

This place was pleasant at when we started going yet got worse the longer we stayed. My toddler was mistreated and always crying when I picked him up. The front desk is unprofessional and rude. The they don't allow you in the back to see what's going on and you are overcharged if late. Please trust me when I say save your$ and call a neighbor or college kid! They will do much better and in your own home gives you piece of mind.

Be mindful of how young your child is. This place is fun and lots of kids are running around making it difficult for caregivers to help your child use the restroom. My friend's 2 yr old fell into the toilet and they simply wiped her down with napkins to keep her dry. They did not rinse her off in the sink or anything.

i used adventure kids in frisco earlier during this year(2012). my son did not like it. he loved it the first day but after that every time i would take him he would starting saying no and crying. at first i thought it was just separation anxiety but i noticed few things which made me stop sending him there. 1. they wouldn't change his diaper regularly when i would come to pick him up, he would be crying because he had a poopy diaper(this happened at least 4-5 times). 2. once i went to pick him up and he was crying horribly,... read more

My son had never been without his Mom. I thought we would have lots of problems leaving him and instead, he loved it. Their was plenty of toys that he liked and he had a great time. I felt the place was very safe and he was well cared for.

My regular babysitter just went off to college this year and my husband and I have been searching frantically for a new sitter but working around their class schedules and work schedules is just such a pain and even then they can still be so unreliable. That's why this place was such a fantastic find! It was reccomended to us by a friend so we decided to give it a try and they were just so happy to give us a tour.
